A balanced diet is an essential part of a happy and healthy lifestyle but without regular exercise, no amount of healthy whole food will make up for lack of motion. Without of exercise, it is hard to reach a full potential. The most underrated exercise is WALKING.

It is accessible to everyone, doesn’t require a special equipment and it is one of the easiest ways to get active. Plus you do not have to pay for it.

 

It takes only 20 minutes a day to truly see a difference in a long run. Walking could be taken during a lunch break or in the evening. It could be done around a block or on the walking path in the woods. Whatever is the most convenient for you. Just do it!
